GYMNASTICS RULES

  • Be on time for class. Gymnasts must complete the warm-up in order to participate in class. The beginning of class is imperative as this is our time to warm up in order to prevent injury.
  • If you arrive after attendance has been called please check in at the front desk before sending your child in to class. A coach will escort them on to the floor and into their proper class.  They are not allowed to run into class unescorted for their own safety and the safety of other children.
  • Any child arriving later than 15 minutes is not allowed to participate in class and will be marked absent. A makeup class may be scheduled at a later date.
  • Boys may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts/leggings.  Girls may wear leotards.  Everyone: -no socks or tights -no zippers  -no buckles -no two-piece outfits (the stomach must be covered)
  • Hair must be securely put in a ponytail, bun, or braid.
  • No jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, hanging earrings).
  • No chewing gum.
  • All gymnasts must be respectful to coaches and other  gymnasts
  • If a child is not listening to and following instructions, he/she will be asked to leave the class. This is for the  safety of the child.
  • It is never appropriate to coach your child from the  viewing area. This creates a stressful environment for gymnasts and coaches.
  • Personal items should be left in cubby holes.
  • All students must be potty trained unless accompanied  by an adult during class.
  • This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
